How do I know which workouts I should do?
The ebook includes a comprehensive schedule telling you which workouts you should do in each week. Beyond that, you're free to do them in whatever order and on whatever days of the week you want (as long as you don't do two upper body workouts in a row). At the end of each stage, there's a checklist of which exercises and how many reps you should be able to do.
