Barstarzz BTX uses calisthenic techniques and high intensity workout routines in order to train your body using just your own bodyweight (and the barzz, of course!) You only have to spend 30-40 minutes training, four times a week, and you'll get unbelievable results. You will also have a personal progress dashboard that shows you exactly where you are in your training plan and which achievements you’ve made. AND you'll get to join a global community that supports you and pushes you harder than you ever could by yourself!
Do I need any special equipment to do the BTX workout programs?
There is no special equipment required for the BTX programs - the only thing you need is a steady pull-up bar and your own bodyweight. This mean you can train in any calisthenics park, gym or at home.
How do I know which workouts I should do?
Each program includes a comprehensive training plan telling you which workouts you should do in each week. Beyond that, you're free to do them in whatever order and on whatever days of the week you want (as long as you don't do two upper body workouts in a row). The programs are designed to be flexible and fit around your lifestyle - do whatever works for you! All the programs also include detailed instructions on how to track your progress and when you'll be ready to move on to the next stage of the training plan.
Who are the BTX programs for? Can I even do them as a complete beginner?
